Conference Report and Intelligence Briefing: PCE/PCAH2025
PCE/PCAH2025 invited participants to engage with how we can rethink education and culture in a polarised world increasingly focused on defence, security, and the commercial value of ‘softpower’. The conference, hosted at the Sorbonne University International Conference Center, welcomed some 500 participants from 80 countries and over 400 institutions worldwide.
