The PCAH2025 Conference Dinner will be held at the Bofinger brasserie, renowned as one of the most beautiful brassieres in Paris, on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. The event is open to all conference delegates and will feature a somptueux three-course meal showcasing Bofinger's classic French cuisine, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Located in the heart of the Marais district, Bofinger is one of Paris' most iconic and historic restaurants, renowned for its classic Alsatian French cuisine—marrying German traditions with French culinary techniques—and it's beautiful Belle Époque decor. Founded in 1864, the restaurant has remained a fixture of the Parisian dining scene for over a century, attracting a diverse and distinguished clientele, from artists and intellectuals to politicians and celebrities, including President Jacques Chirac, Matisse and Toulouse-Lautrec.

Tickets for the Conference Dinner are priced at 125 EUR, and availability is limited to just 90 attendees. The ticket price includes attendance to Bofinger and all food and beverages (both soft drinks and alcoholic beverages).
